Material Performance

Forming performance
1. Crystalline material, moisture absorption is small, prone to melt rupture, long-term contact with hot metal easy to decompose.
2. The fluidity is good, but the shrinkage range and shrinkage value are large, and shrinkage is easy to occur. Dents, deformations.
3. The cooling speed is fast, the gating system and the cooling system should slowly dissipate heat, and pay attention to control the molding temperature. The material temperature is low and the direction is obvious. Especially at low temperature and high pressure, when the mold temperature is lower than 50 degrees, the plastic parts are not smooth, easy to produce poor welding, leaving marks, and easy to warp and deform above 90 degrees.
4. plastic wall thickness should be uniform, to avoid the lack of glue, sharp corners, to prevent stress concentration.

PET has good optical properties and weather resistance, and amorphous PET has good optical transparency. In addition, PET has excellent wear resistance, friction resistance, dimensional stability and electrical insulation. PET bottles made of high strength, good transparency, non-toxic, impermeable, light quality, high production efficiency and so on have been widely used. PBT and PET molecular chain structure is similar, most of the properties are the same, but the molecular main chain from two methylene into four, so the molecule is more flexible, more excellent processing performance.
