China's PVC plastic box industry is mainly concentrated in the southeast coast and the Pearl River Delta area, Foshan is China's largest PVC film production base. Since the formation of an independent industrial sector in the late 1950 s, China's PVC film industry has gone through half a century, with nearly 400 PVC film manufacturing enterprises above scale and about 200 large and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, China's PET film manufacturing capacity has reached the world's leading level. At present, PVC film manufacturers use sieving to make the particle size of PVC resin powder uniform and easy to operate: if the particle size is large, the plasticizing temperature is high, the time is long, and the time required to absorb plasticizer is long; If the particles are small, the time required for absorbing plasticizer is short, and the temperature required for plasticizing PVC film is low and the plasticizing time is short. If the particle size distribution is too wide, the plasticizing temperature and time of PET film are difficult to control. Therefore, PVC resin powder should be screened before PVC granulation to remove too large PVC particles.
